In October 2005, I found myself at a crossroads, questioning a life that had, until that moment, been shaped by societal norms. I had diligently checked off the milestones expected of me: a well-paying job, a home, marriage, and a child. Yet, despite achieving these goals, I felt a sense of emptiness, as if something essential was missing.
At 35, I had climbed to the pinnacle of my earthly career, which began at 18 as a tour guide. My journey led me through various roles, from journalism at a newspaper to advertising in an agency, and ultimately to working in the export department of an aluminum company—all while pursuing a degree in international relations. Despite this extensive experience, I realised that true fulfilment eluded me.
Later on I realised that it was my third Jupiter return which had pulled me to this existential crisis. I didn’t know back then that Jupiter was my prenatal eclipse chart ruler positioned in my 10th house of career, and therefore played an active role in shaping my life.
Thanks to the encouragement of friends who recognized my long-standing passion for time tracking through daily journaling and my interest in psychological articles since my teenage years, I discovered that astrology might hold the missing piece of my life's puzzle. This realisation led me to study astrology under Hakan Kirkoglu at the Wisdom of Skies School in Istanbul.
Over the course of three years of education, during which I also took additional Classical Astrology lessons, I participated in numerous workshops—covering topics such as horary astrology, fixed stars, and karmic connections—as well as conferences. Notably, my journey into the international astrology community began with the UAC 2008 conference in Denver.
After my graduation, I passed ISAR’s Competency and Consulting Skills exam in 2009 and started to work as a teacher in the same school for 3 years. During 2012 ISAR Conference in New Orleans, I got my title ‘Certified Professional Astrologer’.
As my Aluminium career was still going on, I moved to France (during my Uranus opposition) to follow the business closely. In 2016 I formed up my company SIRINAY for giving consultations in Aluminium and Astrology.
Today, I am still active in the aluminium business and take decisions under the guidance of Astrology while helping my customers in the same way. Learning and teaching astrology is my passion. That’s why I travel most of the time to attend the conferences worldwide. My daughter, who was my first student, is accompanying me in this journey whenever she finds time from her university education.
I prefer to give my consultations and to do the teachings face to face as I believe in the power of human contact in this era of artificial intelligence.
